If you have received the wrong item, Faulty (or) Defective item, our team is here to sort it out.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

MY PARCEL IS MISSING/LOST IN TRANSIT?

If your parcel is missing on delivery and/or is stuck in transit, please contact our CS team info@goddiva.in Please include your order details and your tracking information so our team can help resolve this query in a timely manner.
Our customer care team will investigate this matter with the courier company involved. In the meantime, please follow your unique tracking number located in your shipping email. Please check with your neighbours or any safe space location on/around your property.

GODDIVA RETURN POLICY

We are happy to refund your purchase within 7 days from the order delivery date!

Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and ribbon is not removed!

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

Goddiva provides a convenient return solution within 7 days from the order delivery date!
your request must be processed through our returns portal.

WHEN WILL I NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Refunds will NOT! be granted on the following criteria, and the item(s) will be sent back to you at our own cost:

  • The labels & security ribbon have been removed from the item
  • The item is outside of the 7 day return policy
  • The item has been worn and resembles an odour of perfume, deodorant or body odour
  • The item contains pet hair & debris that has not been removed prior to the return
  • The item has been dragged on the floor damaging the hem
  • Any items which have been washed or have been altered in any way will not be accepted for a full refund

Goddiva India reserves the right to decline a refund if any of the above is not adhered to.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES TAKE?

Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days from the date the parcel is delivered back to Goddiva. Once a refund has been issued you will receive a refund notification email.
All returns are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Team.

MISSING REFUND, AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS?

If you are worried that your refund is taking slightly longer than expected you can message our customer care team at info@goddiva.in with your order details and a member of our team will investigate your return request .

ITEMS RETURNED TO GODDIVA IN ERROR?

Please note that any external returns sent to us in error are not prioritised due to internal workloads. If we locate your item(s) you will be notified, and they will be returned to you at your own expense.

Please note that there will be no dispatch on Saturday & Sunday. And on Indian public holidays.
