All items purchased from Goddiva India are subject to the Terms & Conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. Please review our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by yourself. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you, please check our website for any updates. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Please note; that once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Goddiva india grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Goddiva. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robot, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, displayed, posted, transmitted or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
3. Description of products
Each product purchased is subject to its product description on Goddiva. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all product information appearing on the website is correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. Please note, prices are subject to change due to seasonal promotions and discount codes. If a promotion/discount code has expired, Goddiva India will be unable to amend the price, post order.
4. Displayed colours
We provide colour images and thumbnails for reference only and make no claims that actual colour received will be exactly what you see. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, the colours you see on your computer monitor may vary from actual colours of our products. Computer Imaging technology is complex and colours you see will vary from computer to computer.
In addition, Goddiva India try to keep all materials consistent throughout production, however, due to the nature of dyes and fabric there may be a slight variation in the colours of certain products.
5. Orders
We will take all reasonability to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Goddiva India. The technical steps required for creating the contract between yourself, Goddiva is as follows:
You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the "Submit Order" button at the end of the checkout process.
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered, the prices and likely dispatch date. Please check the details of your order and notify Goddiva, info@goddiva.in immediately if there are any problems & concerns.
As your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch email. The completion of the contract between you and Goddiva will take place on the order confirmation to you of the products ordered. Please note, this is subject to change and orders can be cancelled due to issues with payment authorisation, fraudulent activity & stock levels. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your inbox/spam/junk email folders or contact info@goddiva.in for more information regarding the order
6. Promotions
Goddiva India will offer exclusive promotions/discounts throughout the year. Only 1 promotion/discount code can be used per order – following the guidelines per promotion. Promotional/discount codes do not apply to sale items. We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue the promotion without notification. Promotional/discount codes will only apply to orders purchased within the time frame of said promotion – we will be unable to amend the price of an existing order placed before or after the promotional period.

7. Returns Policy
Goddiva India offers a 7-days return policy from the date your order is received. You have 7 days to return your items for a refund, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
8. Preventing Online Fraud
If you are using a public or shared computer terminal, we strongly recommend that you do not select “Save My Credit Card Information”. You should only ever select this if your PC is used only by you.
Please be advised that any order that is flagged in our system as a high-risk transaction will be temporarily held and additional information requested, if additional information is not obtained the order will be cancelled.

The Goddiva mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Goddiva ("Goddiva", "we", "us", or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted under applicable Indian law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

We do not charge for the Service itself. However, you are responsible for any charges or data fees levied by your telecom service provider (such as Jio, Airtel, Vi, etc.) for receiving SMS or WhatsApp messages. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our platform.

Please Note: Transactional messages (order updates, delivery alerts, and OTPs) are legally and operationally essential to fulfilling your orders. You cannot opt out of transactional alerts while you have an active order or an active account requiring authentication.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with a valid, active, and accurate Indian mobile number. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must update your account details or re-register for the messaging programme with your new number to prevent messages from being misdirected.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable Indian law—including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000—neither Goddiva nor the supporting telecom operators shall be held liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages sent through the Service, any errors in the content, or any action taken by you in reliance on such information.
